47. Dealing with Information Overload

Do you ever sit down to look something up on the computer or phone, blink, and 45 minutes have passed? 

Have you ever been scrolling through your Twitter feed or Facebook timeline and found your mood souring by the minute? 

Have you ever read an article citing “experts” and left feeling more confused and unsure than ever? 

Y’all, I am highly susceptible to information overload. I feel safer when I have the answers, particularly when the world is full of uncertainty. And like a lot of people I might be just a little addicted to social media.
